KARACHI, August 25, 2025 – Pakistan’s textile industry is gearing up for a strong presence at the upcoming Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics and Yarn Expo – Autumn Edition 2025, scheduled to take place from September 2 to 4 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, China.

Recognized as Asia’s biggest and most influential textile trade fair, Intertextile Shanghai brings together garment fabric manufacturers, yarn suppliers, and global buyers under one roof. With China’s textile sector expanding rapidly, the demand for fibers, yarns, and innovative fabrics continues to grow, creating lucrative opportunities for international suppliers, including those from Pakistan.

Last year’s edition drew remarkable participation, with over 4,000 exhibitors from 26 countries and more than 100,000 professional buyers representing 115 markets. Similarly, Yarn Expo Autumn 2024 featured 538 exhibitors and attracted 22,000 buyers from 81 countries highlighting the exhibition’s global footprint.

This year, three Pakistani exhibitors Nadeem Enterprises, Sapphire Textile Mills, and Tex Hub will participate under the official pavilion of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). In addition, leading firms such as Kohinoor Mills Limited, Azgard Nine Limited, Diamond Fabrics Limited, and Mahmood Textile Mills Limited will showcase independently.

Meanwhile, at the Yarn Expo Autumn 2025, Pakistani companies including Abtex International, Ahsan Cotton, and Xiamen Min Naseem Trade Co., Ltd. will represent the country’s spinning sector.

Industry observers believe Pakistan’s consistent participation underscores its commitment to expanding its footprint in global textile markets while introducing new trends and innovations. The 2025 editions of Intertextile and Yarn Expo are widely expected to unlock fresh opportunities for trade, partnerships, and cross-border collaborations.
