Shehbaz Sharif Says Pakistan and Bahrain Are ‘Two Souls, One Heart’ During Manama Visit

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, during his official visit to Manama, praised Bahrain’s leadership for the warm hospitality extended to him and his delegation. He said the affection and respect shown by the Bahraini government reflected the deep-rooted bond between the two nations. Describing Pakistan and Bahrain as “two souls, one heart,” the Prime Minister noted that their friendship is anchored in decades of cultural ties, trust, and close cooperation.

In his meetings with Bahraini officials, PM Sharif discussed ways to broaden bilateral collaboration in areas that can drive development on both sides. He highlighted agriculture, information technology, artificial intelligence, and fintech as sectors where joint ventures and partnerships could create new opportunities. The Prime Minister also encouraged Bahraini firms to explore Pakistan’s expanding investment landscape, especially in fields linked to innovation, food security, and digital growth.

The visit underscored Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening global partnerships and opening new channels for trade, investment, and technological cooperation. PM Sharif said enhanced engagement between Pakistan and Bahrain would not only benefit their economies but also reinforce the longstanding goodwill shared by the people of both countries.
