First Post-Hajj PIA Flight Lands in Karachi, Bringing Back 318 Pilgrims

KARACHI

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has officially begun its post-Hajj flight operations, transporting returning pilgrims from Jeddah to various cities across Pakistan.

On Thursday afternoon, flight PK-836 landed at Jinnah International Airport in Karachi, carrying 318 Hujjaj (pilgrims) who had completed their sacred journey.

The pilgrims were warmly received by senior officials from PIA and the Airport Security Force (ASF) at the arrival lounge.

According to PIA, over 1,000 Hujjaj have already been brought back to Pakistan since the operation began on June 10. The airline’s post-Hajj operation will continue until July 10, 2025, ensuring that all returning pilgrims are safely transported back home from Saudi Arabia.
