Ducky Bhai Granted Bail by Lahore High Court in Gambling App Promotion Case

YouTuber Saadur Rehman—better known to his millions of followers as Ducky Bhai—has been granted bail by the Lahore High Court in a case involving allegations of promoting illegal gambling applications.

The proceedings, closely followed on social media, were heard by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhary. After examining the case record and arguments from both sides, the court approved his bail, directing him to submit a surety bond worth Rs 1 million as a guarantee of his cooperation with the ongoing investigation.

Ducky Bhai was taken into custody after accusations surfaced that he had endorsed certain mobile applications allegedly linked to gambling. His legal counsel maintained throughout the hearing that the allegations were unproven and that their client deserved the opportunity to defend himself while remaining out of detention.

Following the judge’s decision, supporters expressed relief, saying the YouTuber should be allowed to clarify his stance in an open and fair process. While reactions online remained mixed, many fans welcomed the development, hoping the case would now proceed more transparently.

The matter is far from over, however. The investigation will continue, and the court will determine in the coming hearings whether the accusations hold weight. For now, Ducky Bhai is free to return home but must comply with all legal conditions and appear before the court whenever required.
