RAWALPINDI — The Pakistan Army has once again brought pride to the nation by clinching a gold medal at the world-renowned Cambrian Patrol 2025, held in Wales, United Kingdom.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the competition took place from October 3 to 13, 2025, marking the 66th edition of one of the most demanding and respected military exercises in the world.
This year, the event witnessed participation from 137 teams representing 36 countries, each tested on endurance, leadership, tactical skills, and teamwork under extreme conditions. The Pakistan Army team, led by Captain Muhammad Saad, showcased exceptional professionalism and resilience throughout the competition earning them the top honor of the gold medal.
The ISPR described this achievement as a “moment of immense pride” for both the nation and the armed forces, reaffirming the Pakistan Army’s reputation for discipline, high educational standards, and operational excellence.
The Cambrian Patrol, often referred to as the “Olympics of Military Skills,” challenges participants with a series of real-time combat and survival tasks over rough terrain in limited time making it one of the toughest military assessments globally.
Pakistan’s consistent performance in this competition over the years highlights the Army’s commitment to professionalism, dedication, and international standards of excellence, once again raising the green flag high on the global stage.
