Govt Announces Revised Petroleum Prices for Next Two Weeks

ISLAMABAD – The federal government has announced a fresh adjustment in petroleum prices for the upcoming fortnight, with notable relief in some key fuels.

According to a notification issued by the Finance Division on Saturday, the price of petrol will remain unchanged. However, high-speed diesel has been reduced by Rs12.84 per liter, bringing the new price down to Rs272.99.

Similarly, the price of Light Diesel Oil has been cut by Rs8.20, with the new rate fixed at Rs162.37 per liter. The government has also slashed the price of Superior Kerosene Oil by Rs7.19, setting it at Rs178.27.

The revised prices have come into effect from today and will remain applicable for the next two weeks.
