In the last 24 hours, 10 more Palestinians have reportedly died from hunger in Gaza, pushing the death toll from starvation to 111. This includes at least 80 children, according to Gaza’s Health Ministry.
Israeli airstrikes on Gaza continue as 109 international aid organizations urge global intervention, stating that “mass starvation is rapidly spreading” across the besieged territory.
The European Union has issued a warning to Israel regarding the deepening hunger crisis, while the United States has announced that Trump’s envoy, Steve Witkoff, will travel to Europe to engage in ceasefire discussions and aid corridor negotiations.
The war on Gaza has so far claimed at least 59,106 lives, with 142,511 injured. In comparison, the October 7, 2023 attack in Israel led to around 1,139 Israeli deaths, with more than 200 people taken hostage.
