Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday expressed deep appreciation for the coordinated efforts of provincial governments, security forces, and law enforcement agencies in ensuring the peaceful and orderly conduct of Youm-e-Ashur processions across the country.
Speaking after receiving a detailed security briefing in Lahore from Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, the prime minister lauded the professional planning and execution that led to smooth observances in every province and territory.
“The peaceful observance of Youm-e-Ashur nationwide reflects the dedication and professionalism of our security institutions and the effective coordination by the provincial administrations,” said Prime Minister Shehbaz in a statement following the meeting.
