Google Expands Veo 3 Video AI Tool to Over 150 Countries, Including Pakistan

ISLAMABAD – July 13, 2025: Google has officially expanded the reach of its next-generation AI video creation tool, Veo 3, making it available to Google AI Pro subscribers in over 150 countries — Pakistan now among them. The platform’s expansion marks a major milestone in global access to AI-powered creative technology, giving storytellers, artists, and digital content creators a chance to transform static images into vivid eight-second video clips with audio.

Originally launched earlier this year, Veo 3 has already been used to create more than 40 million videos worldwide in just seven weeks. Its success has been fueled by its simplicity and versatility — whether users are bringing fairy tales to life, crafting soothing ASMR visuals, or animating cherished memories, the tool offers a powerful new medium for expression.

Pakistani users can now join the global creative community using Veo 3. The process is straightforward: users select the “Videos” option from the prompt box, upload a photo, and describe the scene and desired audio. Within moments, Google’s AI — powered by the Gemini model — generates a short animated video, ready for download or social sharing.

Veo 3 also integrates seamlessly with Flow, Google’s AI-driven filmmaking suite. Flow now includes support for speech prompts, background music, and sound effects, although some of these audio features remain in testing. The “Frames to Video” tool, which animates still images into clips, is available under the “Veo 3 Fast” option for users seeking quicker turnaround times.

Google has also rolled out broader access to Flow and Google AI Ultra, now available in more than 140 countries, as part of its ongoing effort to democratize access to AI creativity tools.

Importantly, in keeping with its focus on responsible AI use, Google ensures that every video generated with Veo 3 includes a visible watermark and a SynthID digital signature, indicating that the content was AI-generated. The company also maintains a rigorous internal testing system, including “red teaming” exercises, to identify vulnerabilities, prevent misuse, and ensure the safety of users.

Users are encouraged to provide feedback through a thumbs-up or thumbs-down rating system on each generated video. This input helps refine the model and enhance both safety standards and user experience in future updates.

For Pakistan’s ever-growing community of content creators, YouTubers, educators, and digital marketers, the arrival of Veo 3 could be a game-changer — opening up new ways to create compelling content with minimal effort and maximum impact.
